Brand photography can absolutely feel like a big expense, but there’s no question that it’s an investment into your business that you will feel the returns on—through stronger engagement, increased visibility, and a more polished, professional presence.

The year 2025 has aggressively made its way into our lives (against my will, personally… can time slow down?) and it seems we might only just be cracking the surface of what the brand photography world is going to be.

What a year it’s been! 2024 was a big year for my business and while there was certainly some struggle (I like to keep it transparent around here!), there truly were so many moments of incredible joy when it came to serving my amazing clients and following this dream of mine. This was an absolute dream photoshoot with a dream client. I’ve known Sara for a few years now and I can’t tell you how honored and giddy I was when she reached out to me for this project. A copywriter by trade and a certified book lover, Sara set out to create What Sara Reads, a customized mobile bookstore, to share her love of reading with other women in the community. I could not adore her or this business more.

For Rachel’s brand photoshoot, a few words we focused on were credibility, visionary, and dreamer. We approached this shoot knowing that we wanted it to feel minimal and editorial, while also letting Rachel’s personality shine.

Pinning down the location of a brand session really comes down to each individual client and what they are wanting to portray and showcase in their images.

Sarah’s main goal with this photoshoot was to highlight her interior design expertise by showcasing how she designed her own home. These photos are going to work great for her website and social media!
